MTA表示，在皇后区Hillside邻近铁路线发生5级火警后，長島鐵路有限公司的4条线路已恢复通车。岛铁路有限公司表示，向东方向的主干线已经恢复。
在Hempstead 和 Oyster Bay线路，向东行驶的列车有延迟，每小時一班的東行列車將在Huntington和Ronkonkoma线路运行。
